2. Change of Mind

Once digital content has been supplied, the right to withdraw may be lost where the customer has given the prior express consent required by law, acknowledged the loss of that right, and Nexkey has provided the required confirmation.

Where these legal requirements have not been met, applicable withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

3. Invalid or Previously Redeemed Keys

If a key is invalid, was already redeemed before delivery, or does not match the product advertised, customers should contact our support team.

Nexkey will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, price reduction, or refund.

4. Incorrect Products or Delivery Issues

If you receive a different product from the one ordered, or your order is not delivered, contact our support team.

We will investigate the issue and resolve it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5. Evidence for Refund Requests

To help us investigate disputes involving activation keys, customers are strongly encouraged to make a continuous screen recording that documents the process from the purchase through the delivery and attempted redemption of the key.

Where possible, the recording should show:

• The order confirmation and order number.
• The product purchased and its platform or region.
• The delivery of the digital key.
• The activation process on the relevant platform.
• Any error message or notification displayed during redemption.

The recording should be genuine, unedited, and sufficiently clear to help establish what happened. Customers should avoid recording passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes, or other sensitive personal information.

If a continuous recording is unavailable, customers may submit other relevant evidence, such as screenshots of error messages, order details, or support correspondence.

Providing evidence may help us resolve a claim more quickly. However, a recording is not an absolute requirement for exercising statutory consumer rights, and the absence of a recording will not automatically invalidate a legitimate claim.

6. Redeemed Products
